Children Independence Day Celebration

As the annual celebration, the Independence day on 17 August was also celebrated by ISCO’s children sponsored by all donators. Children also happily took a part in the celebration. There were Indonesian traditional games played, like eating kerupuk games, etc.

June event: Visit to Kidzania

Kidzania

In June, the event held was visit to Kidzania. Visiting Kidzania is one of ISCO’s Annual Gathering which is familiar to be called TEMUT (Temu Tahunan) event. The event was held in Jakarta and performed by children from all areas sponsored by Carrefour on June 21st, 2010 and aimed to introduce kind of jobs world to children. Children were also hoped to know and learn about existing kinds of job nowadays.
The requirement to take a part in this event is children must fulfill attendance percentage of 90% in school and of 80 % at the activity center (sanggar). The participants were consisted of two parts. The first part were children of kindergarten up to third elementary school level and the second one were children of forth elementary school level up to junior high school level.
